[ENHANCEMENT] [v2.10.8] Add the ability to attach files during escalation

Hi!

I’d like to ask: is it possible for the plugin to include an option to attach files when escalating a ticket? I know files can be attached to the task created by the escalation, but it would streamline the process if the document could be attached directly during the escalation itself.
