Update the generator source, then regenerate clerk-theme.json.

apps/mobile/clerk-theme.json is generated from the default theme border values. Those values are still #e4e4e7 and #191919, so regeneration overwrites the changed Clerk borders. Make the Clerk-specific generator output #000000 and #ffffff, then regenerate the file.
