fix(server): filter scheduled tasks without exposing webhook URLs - #27716
list_scheduled_tasks ignored scheduledTaskId and returned every accessible task's webhook bearer URL. Lists now intersect task ID with project scope, and lists and edits omit webhookUrl; eligible creation responses retain it, and users can copy existing URLs from Settings.
Implementation used Claude Opus 5.5 / Claude Code; integration and verification used gpt-6.1-sol / Codex.

After: packaged server at current head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66. Before: main at ce9e01640636c0884c4a7574a722bf1d773cfa07, pinned when this recording run began. These replace the older 3f3e5d6 clips. Real project-thread MCP calls use Codex Luna and synthetic disabled webhook tasks.
Main ignores the task-ID filter and exposes webhook URLs in list/edit results. Head returns only the requested task and omits webhookUrl in lists and title-only edits after Settings rotation. Creation still returns URLs. Linux and web runs create two tasks; Android uses those stored web tasks and submits fresh list/edit calls through the native client.
Linux desktop, physical corex, packaged x64 apps with bundled servers and isolated backend/Chromium state. Each clip includes the first workflow and a supplemental Settings rotation and complete-results pass from the same package.

Backend state was isolated. Electron Chromium userData remained shared, including a generic preexisting sidebar draft title; that draft was not opened. The new head filter sandbox marks Git checkpoint refs as missing despite completed native provider turns and application runs. This supplement proves tool behavior and makes no successful checkpoint-capture claim. Complete native calls, package rehashes and completion evidence.
iOS, Simlock iPhone 17 on physical shiv, matching cached T3 Code Dev client and exact-head Metro JS against each exact packaged server. Native client sources are identical between the pinned commits. These fresh native workflows create their own two tasks, rotate A in Settings, and show actual native arguments and complete list/edit results. This tests iOS as a remote client. The four H264 MP4s fully decode; two head downloads were recovered from completed worker-local recordings.

Windows native input has recovered: UTM's native Send Key controls launched the app and submitted four real MCP calls against main, reproducing the ignored filter and URL disclosure. That run used an older release client and stopped before the head comparison, Settings rotation and title-only edits. Current-source Windows before/after recordings remain incomplete; the all-platform ready check has not passed.
Unverified: other provider adapters, managed delivery/Connect login, scheduled or once execution, concurrent scheduling and signed releases/updates. Synthetic loopback public origins exercise the production URL builder without Connect login. Some initial Linux creation inputs are clipped; complete native JSON is in the evidence comment. MP4s show real submissions and tool results, rather than relying on the assistant's prose summaries. No direct tools/list transcript was captured.
…r returns webhook URLs
list_scheduled_tasks dropped a scheduledTaskId filter because its input
schema did not define it, so the call returned every task in the project.
It also returned each webhook task's bearer URL to any caller allowed to
start runs, which put every webhook credential into thread history.
The list input now takes an optional scheduledTaskId, intersected with the
existing project scoping. Listing never returns webhookUrl. An update
returns it only when the save issued a new token (a task switched to a
webhook schedule), still behind the live-caller and mode checks. Create is
unchanged.

all 38 mcp service tests pass with the fix.

the old context-budget finding is addressed by the existing wording reduction; the current budget check passes without a label change. no ui changes were made.
unverified this run: real provider/client mcp integration, managed tunnel delivery, and model-behavior evals (no anthropic api key on this vm). the attempted eval dry run could not start because the remote worker had already shut down. existing contributor evidence remains in the description; it was not recaptured here.
known nonblocking limit for shivamhwp: coderabbit notes that retrying creation with the same request id after token rotation can return the rotated url. inspection confirms creation still summarizes the idempotently returned task with its existing run-permission checks. this predates the list/update fix and remains a separate follow-up.
verified on Linux Boat VM at exact head 4725d5ea7427cbe7db1259b1642dcdb921d72cf3, using the actual Vite web client, repository Playwright, /usr/bin/google-chrome, and real Codex gpt-6.1-sol turns through the local provider proxy. projects, threads and paused tasks were created through the app and provider tools. no mocks, fixtures or demo data.
first reproduced the filter bug in a separate github/main worktree at 6d46336476: a recorded MCP request containing one scheduledTaskId returned both stored webhook tasks. the main tool schema also omitted that field. stopped main before starting the PR server, with isolated state at /home/user/t3code/.t3.
on the PR head:
unfiltered listing returned both tasks; filtering by a valid id returned one; a missing id returned zero.
another project's thread returned zero for that id by default. explicit matching project + id returned one; mismatched project + id returned zero.
webhook creation, title editing, prompt editing and disabled interval creation worked through real provider tools. all three tasks stayed paused, with no scheduled execution.
Settings token rotation worked. actual local webhook requests returned 404 {"error":"hook_not_found"} for the old token and 409 {"error":"hook_disabled"} for the current token. a subsequent Settings save and MCP prompt edit preserved the rotated token. SQLite integrity was ok.
list and edit responses contained no webhookUrl key, including after rotation. the limitation below applies to this observation.
vp run check:changed f98ff73a1d2b6558d172e31219527409f422d35f passed through blacksmith-check: 45 tests, 35 fresh affected-package typechecks, format, lint, knip and GraphQL checks. all 32 PR checks also report success.
this VM has no configured T3 Connect public webhook origin. both main and the PR therefore omitted webhookUrl in this configuration. this run does not prove suppression of a non-null public bearer URL, creation-time public URL disclosure, or managed tunnel delivery. local token rotation and invalidation were exercised without fabricating tunnel configuration.
native desktop and iOS/Android clients were not exercised on this Linux web run. scheduled execution, other providers, remote multi-device connections and the existing creation-retry disclosure limitation were not exercised.

Still missing: final-head expanded native arguments and complete results with terminal turn evidence, plus a recorded Settings rotation followed by a title-only edit and filtered list that omit URLs. Recovery continues from saved isolated state. Managed tunnel delivery, scheduled execution and other providers remain unverified.

The shiv runner disconnected after saving these completed phases, so its overall run remains failed. The parent recovered and inspected the actual recordings, native results and completion events rather than treating that run status as a pass.
Physical shiv, macOS 27.0.1 ARM64, clean source checkouts, native Electron development builds with the matching bundled server, Codex CLI 0.166.0, real codex-personal / gpt-6-luna subscription turns. The successful build output is in the preceding evidence comment. Current server dist/bin.mjs SHA-256 is 9c5390a4ad5ecdeef5bb948cd1ed72f165ecd4f10e8756a99465e9197c6f8daa; desktop dist-electron/main.cjs is 98ea434b0a8d12e3adccd3acd5e20cf43967cd61fd36e66488cb739b857d28c2. The tested service, SQLite task storage, MCP authorization and webhook handlers are production paths. The public-origin configuration is a test-only loopback proxy through the production secret store/URL builder, without a real Connect login.
Current-head native creation and filtering
Continuous recording starts before composing and submitting the live prompt. The new paused task returns a non-null URL. Filtering its ID returns exactly that task among four tasks in the same project, with no webhookUrl key. The real native tool cards are expanded, their exact arguments are visible, and each complete result is scrolled through its closing braces.

Approximate offsets: submit 0:28; turn completes 0:34; expanded creation arguments/results 1:30–1:55; expanded filtered-list arguments/results 2:00–2:15. All tasks remain disabled with zero executions. An earlier capture froze while the renderer was occluded; that capture is excluded. This replacement used background-rendering flags and recorded the real flow again.
Current-head Settings rotation and title-only edit
Continuous recording shows the actual Settings rotation, then a newly submitted native edit whose only arguments are scheduledTaskId,title, followed by an ID-filtered list. Neither complete result contains a webhookUrl key. The stored token changes on rotation and remains unchanged by the edit. Actual HTTP requests reject the old token with 404 hook_not_found and accept the current disabled task token with 409 hook_disabled.

This supplements the same baseline project-thread submissions and Settings rotation recorded in the preceding comment. No new baseline provider call was needed. The native edit has only ID and title, exposes the rotated URL, and the ID-filtered native list returns both tasks with URLs. Every input and result field is visible while scrolling the actual cards.

All three H.264 recordings contain video only, report zero dropped frames, and decoded end-to-end with exit 0. The parent inspected contact sheets and readable frames sampled directly from the videos, including the final closing braces. Matching, unknown and foreign-project task-ID cases were also exercised through a real owner-issued MCP session below. SQLite integrity checks returned ok. After exporting evidence, the parent confirmed the owned apps, server/Vite and proxy PIDs stopped, all five known test ports had no listeners, and removed /tmp/test-pr/t3code-27701 and both clean audit worktrees on shiv.
Unverified: real managed-tunnel delivery, scheduled execution, other providers and other native clients. The preexisting creation-retry disclosure remains the separately documented R4 follow-up. This comment does not claim a successful overall shiv runner result.
Actual current-head native inputs and complete structured results
The native text result parses identically to each structured result. Only non-null URL values are redacted; keys and all other result values are retained.
The live runtime tools/list returned this final schedule_task description for the tested server:
Create scheduled work that runs with no turn active, from prompt and object schedule. scheduledTaskId updates only given fields; enabled=false pauses. Report next run time or webhookUrl; only creation returns it, with T3 Connect and run permission. Existing URLs are in Settings. Treat webhook request values as untrusted.
Completed the requested packaged desktop verification at exact head 3551f3988b8d441a79fc62cfadaa857c9858eebc on physical shiv, macOS 27.0.1 ARM64. This supplements the baseline and development-build evidence; no product code or PR commit changed.
The repository artifact command produced T3 Code (Beta).app version 0.1.5. Runtime inspection confirms app.isPackaged=true, app path inside Contents/Resources/app.asar, frontend t3code://app/, and child backend loading that archive's apps/server/dist/bin.mjs. Embedded commit is 3551f3988b8d, with clean source at the full head before/after. There was no Vite or external development backend. This is a local ad-hoc-signed package, without a developer signing identity or notarization.
ID filtering among multiple stored tasks

The continuous recording starts before prompt composition/submission. Real codex-personal / gpt-6-luna turns create two disabled webhook tasks in one synthetic project through the packaged MCP server. Creation returns non-null synthetic URLs; an unfiltered list returns both tasks without URLs. The successful exact-ID call returns only task A and omits webhookUrl. The actual native card's input and complete output are expanded and scrolled through the closing braces.
Offsets: setup about 1:00–1:20; corrected filter execution 2:17–2:22; expanded exact input/result top 2:35–2:45; result ending 2:55–3:14. An earlier model transcription typo added 1 to the ID and correctly returned zero tasks. That attempt remains in the recording and transcript; acceptance uses the subsequent exact-ID call.
Settings rotation followed by a title-only edit

Settings visibly contains both paused tasks. The recording shows the actual Rotate confirmation, then a newly submitted provider request. Its native schedule_task arguments contain exactly scheduledTaskId,title. The complete edit result and subsequent single-task list both omit webhookUrl.
Offsets: both tasks 0:10; rotation confirmation 0:45; edit/list execution about 1:39–1:42; exact native edit input and complete result 2:10–2:20; post-edit list 2:35–3:04. Task A token SHA-256 changes from d63f813868ed8d1522b4585816dbfa5327e1e29dcaab0525f3d8e7787238db47 to aa746867e1772b83077158ff988b5fc36d0d926d89d560fd4f3e3b7e7c050a33 on rotation and stays unchanged through the title edit. Task B's token stays unchanged. Actual local handler POSTs return old-token 404 hook_not_found and current-token 409 hook_disabled. Both tasks remain disabled with zero executions; SQLite integrity is ok.
Both H.264 video-only MP4s decoded end-to-end with exit 0; wrec reports completed capture, zero dropped frames. Parent inspected readable native-card/Settings frames, freshly extracted frames from both MP4s, and actual native protocol: all seven parsed text results equal structured output. Four provider turns have terminal completed receipts, including the typo turn. Test runner r_fb2bpi2gxg9cua00 completed successfully. Predecessor r_nbnhjrnkowhqq000 built the package successfully, then failed on an upstream provider request error before these flows; its overall run is still failed.
Isolation and limits: task storage, settings, secrets and backend used isolated T3CODE_HOME. As the repository's packaged smoke harness does, HOME stayed real and macOS used the existing Chromium profile; profile isolation is not claimed. The test-only loopback origin uses the production secret store and URL builder, without real Connect login. Managed delivery, scheduled execution, signed/notarized releases, updates, and other clients/providers remain unverified. The preexisting creation-retry disclosure remains the documented R4 follow-up. All captured app/backend descendants exited, the clean temporary worktree was removed, and task files on shiv were deleted after export.

Both remux exits and both end-to-end decode exits: 0. This Mac's FFmpeg 9.0.2 emitted non-monotonic DTS warnings from the null muxer during decode; stderr was not clean. Full logs/exits: record1/2-remux.log, record1/2-remux.exit, record1/2-decode.log, record1/2-decode.exit. record1/2-ffprobe.json confirms one H264 video stream each, no audio. Inspected frames remained readable and did not show frozen capture.
Cleanup

Cua session ended; both wrec jobs had completed. Shared services and unrelated apps were not stopped. No simulator, proxy, dev server, or /Applications install was started.
git worktree remove --force /Users/shivam-mini/Developer/t3code-packaged-27701 exited 0 after the clean source check. The literal task folder /tmp/test-pr/t3code-27701 was deleted after export, removing package, isolated state, synthetic project, and task-only toolchain. cleanup.json verifies both paths absent and the main checkout clean. The real Chromium profile/live ~/.t3 state were not manually modified or deleted. Fun runner files and out/ remain for parent collection.

Chromium profile isolation: DesktopEnvironment used the real /Users/shivam-mini/Library/Application Support/t3code-v2 profile despite isolated T3 server state. HOME stayed real as required.

runtime-processes.txt shows main PID 84828 launching the bundled server from app.asar/apps/server/dist/bin.mjs as child 84867, with the packaged compile-cache preload and bootstrap descriptor. This supports a real bundled backend rather than a separate development server.
The before/after app.asar hashes agree. The export manifest independently verified all 117 listed files, with no missing file or SHA256 mismatch.
Final tool description exposure is supported indirectly by the exact clean-source build, embedded commit, bundled-backend process, and real native MCP calls against its port. The protocol export does not contain an MCP tools/list response or the complete final schedule_task description. Do not claim that its description text was directly captured from tools/list.
Independent native and persisted-result checks
I parsed native-events.log independently, selected the six completed native mcpToolCall items, and matched them exactly to native-receipts.json. For every call, arguments and structured output match the final dynamic_tool projection in final-orchestration_v2_projection_turn_items.json. Every final tool projection also occurs in the actual turn-item.updated payloads in persisted-events.json. Parsed native text JSON equals structured output in all six cases.
Calls 1 and 2 create two distinct webhook tasks A and B. Both use exactly title, prompt Synthetic audit. Do not execute., webhook schedule, and enabled false. Both complete with non-null synthetic loopback webhook URLs.
Call 3 has empty input, returns both distinct tasks, and contains no webhookUrl key anywhere in the full output.
Call 4 has only A's exact scheduledTaskId and returns exactly A, with no webhookUrl key.
Call 5 follows Settings rotation. Its input has exactly scheduledTaskId and title, and its complete result has the renamed A with no webhookUrl key.
Call 6 has only A's exact scheduledTaskId and returns exactly renamed A, with no webhookUrl key.
Four native turn/completed receipts have completed status. persisted-terminal-events.json contains four persisted completed run updates, consistent with the four final run projections. This run has terminal completion evidence, unlike failed historical runs.
These comparisons were executed as independent read-only Python assertions. They passed. They do not rely solely on the runner's assertions.json.
Rotation, state and HTTP
The before-rotation A token hash differs from the after-rotation hash. The rotated hash equals the after-edit and final hashes. I independently hashed the creation-result URL token and matched it to the before-rotation A hash. B's complete task row remains identical across the before-rotation, after-rotation, after-edit and final snapshots.
http-check.json records old-token POST returning 404 hook_not_found and rotated-token POST returning 409 hook_disabled. The token hashes match the corresponding snapshots. Both tasks remain disabled with zero runs, never status and null last_run_at. Exported phase integrity checks report ok. This demonstrates rotation and disabled-handler behavior, not scheduled execution or public delivery.
Recordings inspected
I inspected actual readable exported frames at creation/filter offsets 0, 98, 120, 148 and 195 seconds, and rotation/edit offsets 50, 120 and 163 seconds. These show a synthetic project-thread prompt being composed, both creation URLs and result closing braces, the unfiltered list closing braces, the ID-only filtered result, the real Settings rotation confirmation, exact two-argument title edit and complete URL-free result, and the later complete URL-free list result. The parent independently inspected additional frames.
Recording job metadata identifies the native application window 8816 and successful capture completion. Both MP4 files have one H264 1100x780 video stream and no audio. Durations are 196.696667 and 173.276667 seconds. I independently decoded both complete MP4s using ffmpeg; both exited 0. Both emitted null-muxer non-monotonic DTS warnings, consistent with the runner's disclosed warnings. Do not describe stderr as clean. Inspected frames were readable.
The creation video's disclosed opening keyframe trim removes migrated sidebar/draft data. The exported first frame shows only the synthetic project and prompt. No fabricated transcript or replacement UI is evident in the inspected evidence.
Privacy and cleanup
The exported native thread/start MCP Authorization header is already the literal [REDACTED]. No auth header value should be restored for publication. A targeted scan of native-events.log, native-receipts.json, persisted-events.json, build.log, migration.log, launch.py and provider settings found no live credential. HTTP origins in the native/persisted transcripts are loopback test origins. Only synthetic test webhook credentials appear in the complete calls/results. The persisted event export is scoped to the synthetic thread. Local usernames, filesystem paths, provider session identifiers and standard orchestration instructions remain in raw protocol; these are metadata, not evidence of another conversation. Unnecessary handoff issue/PR dumps should be excluded from the upload archive.
cleanup.json records all nine owned PIDs absent, all tested listening ports absent, clean main checkout, removed detached worktree and removed literal task directory. This audit inspected those actual command receipts. No new processes, device sessions or temporary data were created by this audit beyond this report.
Limits and prior findings
The macOS Chromium profile was the real t3code-v2 profile. The backend database and synthetic task state were isolated; complete Chromium-profile isolation was not achieved and must remain disclosed. This is an ad-hoc local package, not a notarized release or updater test. Managed Connect/tunnel delivery, scheduled execution, other clients/platforms/providers/models were not exercised. Baseline reproduction belongs to its separately tagged historical evidence and was not rerun here.
R1-R3 remain fixed, R5 fixture integration is already covered by the parent's exact-head checks. R4 creation-retry disclosure after Settings rotation remains preexisting and explicitly declined from this focused list/update change per Maria's assessment. This audit does not claim it fixed.
The following raw receipts and output are embedded because GitHub's attachment tool accepts media, not the evidence ZIP. The exported MCP Authorization header is redacted; synthetic webhook tokens in native results are test data.

Previous exact-commit verification, regression failures and evidence
list_scheduled_tasks discarded scheduledTaskId and returned every accessible task's webhook bearer URL. This fix intersects task ID with project scope and omits webhookUrl from every list and update response. Eligible creation responses still return the URL; Settings retains existing access.
Head 8579505e2229c048309156f91e899160e5e470ea includes main 7f443ab6359dc3771f2c2fed70ce8a7a659e3c21. The generated context-budget conflict is resolved at 5153/6883/47019. Production filtering and URL behavior remain unchanged. The creation test's Git/project fixture now supplies main's new default-branch lookup dependency; its original URL assertions remain intact.
Changed-file checks on this head pass 64 tests across five files, all 35 affected-package typechecks, formatting, lint, both unused-code checks, generated GraphQL and the measured agent context budget. Exact-commit command/output is included below. The initial merged-head run reproduced the fixture error before its correction. Independent integration review found no production issue; its R5 fixture finding is fixed by 8579505e2229c048309156f91e899160e5e470ea.
All eight required checks are satisfied on this head, with six successful jobs and two conditional skips. The thread-transfer report passes every enforced ceiling. Macroscope approved this head; CodeRabbit completed its review with no actionable comments. Managed delivery, scheduled execution, signed releases, updates and other clients/providers remain unverified. The packaged backend used isolated T3 state and a synthetic loopback origin; Electron retained its real Chromium profile. The final tool description is tied to the exact-head build, without a captured tools/list transcript.

Packaged desktop verification now also covers exact head 3551f3988b8d441a79fc62cfadaa857c9858eebc: a real macOS .app with app.isPackaged=true, frontend t3code://app/, and its server bundled in app.asar. Packaged filtering and Settings rotation/title-only edit recordings, complete native results and provenance close the packaged-app evidence gap. Two stored tasks, correct single-ID results, URL omission after rotation, four completed real provider turns, and clean shutdown were verified. This is an unsigned local distribution package. Signed/notarized releases, updates, managed delivery, scheduled execution and other clients/providers remain unverified. The packaged macOS test uses isolated T3 server state with the existing Chromium profile, following the repository smoke harness; Chromium-profile isolation is not claimed.
A fresh independent GPT-6.1 Sol / Codex audit downloaded the published packaged recordings, inspected their native cards and checked the raw build/protocol/persistence evidence. It passed with no blocking findings and confirmed that the packaged-app requirement is closed. Corex end-to-end video decodes exited 0 with harmless non-monotonic DTS warnings from its null output muxer; extracted frames remain intact.

Two creation results contain non-null synthetic URLs; unfiltered list has two tasks; typo ID has zero; corrected exact ID has one; title-only edit and subsequent exact-ID list retain task A and omit webhookUrl. Persisted dynamic tool items agree. Four native turn/completed receipts and persisted provider turns are completed. Provider log identifies codex-personal/gpt-6-luna and MCP endpoint on bundled backend port 27718.
Persisted snapshots show A token hash changes on Settings rotation, then stays identical through title edit; B hash stays unchanged throughout. Both tasks remain disabled with zero runs. Recorded local handler requests return old-token 404 hook_not_found and current-token 409 hook_disabled. SQLite integrity is ok. Recording receipts show completed captures and zero dropped frames. Both freshly downloaded videos decode end-to-end on corex with ffmpeg exit 0; this corex build emits non-monotonic DTS warnings from its null output muxer. Readable extracted frames are intact. This is not a codec decode failure; shiv's reported no-error output need not match corex's muxer diagnostics.
No blocking findings within this focused audit. R4 creation-retry disclosure remains the separate, preexisting, explicitly nonblocking follow-up in Maria's #27716 (comment). Earlier baseline/development results and regression suites were outside this audit and were not rerun.
Limits: local ad-hoc-signed package, no developer signing/notarization or release/update validation. Isolated T3CODE_HOME covers backend data/settings/secrets, but HOME and Chromium profile remain real as documented by scripts/smoke-desktop-app.ts. Synthetic loopback origin exercises production secret/URL logic without real Connect account or managed delivery. Scheduled execution, other clients/providers, and profile isolation are unproven. Cleanup records show owned process descendants exited, temporary source checkout removed, and shiv task files deleted. This reviewer started no app/device/server processes. Merged main ffaa1dba76d86c073533055e48d7f8f015c8a7b7 into the branch at 3551f3988b8d441a79fc62cfadaa857c9858eebc to resolve the latest base conflict. Only agentContextBudget.json conflicted. Main added 102 tool-schema bytes; this PR removes one byte, giving a combined measured budget of 46108, with provider instruction sizes 5129/6859. The four behavior, test and contract patches are byte-for-byte identical to the previously reviewed version at 4725d5e, SHA-256 5950f8326d6f616e692c825b9fd8e7bdfec0cd7d9c92b19864afb7bba33b6ad5. Local changed-file verification passes 45 tests across five files and all 35 affected-package typechecks, including 34 fresh executions and one cache hit, plus format, lint, unused-code and generated GraphQL checks. Complete commit-tagged output is below. All 32 CI and bot checks are satisfied on this head, with no failed or pending checks. The eight required checks include six successful jobs and two conditional skips. Exact-head native macOS desktop creation, ID filtering, Settings rotation and title-only edit verification is now recorded with actual native arguments, complete results and terminal provider completion events. Completed evidence and transcripts supplement the earlier baseline recordings. The runner disconnected after saving those completed phases; its overall run remains failed, and the parent independently inspected the recovered outputs. A fresh independent GPT-6.1 Sol evidence audit passed with no new blocker or should findings after inspecting the published recordings, source, native protocol receipts, persisted events and exact-commit check output. It confirmed that the three earlier audit requirements are covered; both overall shiv runner statuses remain failed, and only the independently verified completed phases are claimed. Recovered baseline8d and partial exact-head3551 native desktop evidence includes four recordings, complete native call arguments/results and successful matching build output. The runner disconnected after creation/filter calls and before final-head Settings rotation/edit. The current video leaves native cards collapsed, and its exported event snapshot ends before terminal completion. Those capture and completion gaps are now covered by the completed continuation evidence. The earlier videos retain their partial-evidence labels.
CodeRabbit follow-up R4 is confirmed but deferred from this focused list/update fix, consistent with Maria's assessment. A creation retry using the same session-scoped clientRequestId after token rotation can return the current URL. The creation summary path on base and head is unchanged. ScheduledTaskService.upsert resolves the same ID and reuses stored webhook credentials. Preventing credential disclosure on creation replay needs a separate change to creation idempotency. This PR does not claim to fix that existing behavior. CodeRabbit repeats R4 in its moderate merge-risk notice at 3551f39, while reporting no new actionable comments. Rechecking current base ffaa1db against head 3551f39 confirms both the creation method and ScheduledTaskService are unchanged. The existing disposition above still applies. Its auto-review pause occurred after reviewing this head, so current-head coverage is complete.

These are real native macOS development builds on physical shiv with real SQLite task storage and subscription codex-personal / gpt-6-luna turns. Creation returns a non-null URL. Lists and title-only edits omit the URL, including after Settings token rotation. Matching ID/project returns one task; unknown or foreign-project IDs return none. Token fingerprints confirm rotation and preservation through the edit; actual handler requests return old-token 404 hook_not_found and current-token 409 hook_disabled. All tasks stay paused with zero runs and SQLite integrity ok.
The public-origin configuration is a synthetic loopback origin through the production secret store, URL builder and webhook handler. Managed T3 Connect delivery, scheduled execution, signed/notarized releases and other native clients/providers remain unverified. Model evals checked request construction in dry-run mode only; the live provider recordings exercise the final wording. The completed artifacts were recovered from interrupted runners whose overall status remains failed. The parent inspected the actual recordings, decoded each end-to-end, read the native results and completion events, and finished cleanup on shiv.
Historical evidence at 6e17ee8 is retained below under its exact commit. It proves an earlier execution of the final description and does not substitute for the final-head recordings above.
Commit-tagged local verification output
Captured on corex at final head 6e17ee8cb333b7c0b82c2137c73557cb26dd4a3a. The 35-package typecheck result reuses Vite+ cache entries; it is not 35 fresh compiler executions. The original-source comparison uses production source from original main 8d012a688e7cb12fb17a91be68a32734a0efa0b7 with only the final regression test file copied in. Four assertions fail for the reported filter/URL behavior; the identical selection passes on the final head.
For both focused runs the shell-equivalent command is cd apps/server then vp test run src/mcp/OrchestratorMcpService.test.ts -t 'scheduled tasks at modes'. The follow-up macOS run lost its runner connection after these two successful provider turns. These recovered recordings and persisted native-tool records are pinned to 6e17ee8cb333b7c0b82c2137c73557cb26dd4a3a, not the later merge commit. Provider: Codex CLI 0.166.0, codex-personal, gpt-6-luna. Both turns completed. Each recording starts before the shown prompt submission and continues through live tool execution and inspection of actual inputs and complete results. The original capture is continuous; the MP4 remux removes system audio. Parent inspected the recorded sequence and decoded both videos with ffmpeg -vf fps=30 -f null -, exit 0 and no decode errors.
Creation and ID filtering: prompt submission is around 0:52, native calls around 0:56–0:59, followed by expansion and scrolling through the inputs and complete results. Two disabled webhook creations return URLs; the ID-filtered list returns one task without a URL.

Additional Linux web verification
Maria reports an independent real-provider web run on Linux at exact head 4725d5ea7427cbe7db1259b1642dcdb921d72cf3. It reproduced the ignored ID filter on main, then verified valid/missing IDs and project intersections on this head, provider creation and edits, Settings rotation, old/new token handling, and persisted token preservation. The comment links its runtime transcript and screenshot.
That environment had no public webhook origin, so both main and the PR omitted URLs. It does not establish suppression of a non-null bearer URL, creation-time URL disclosure, or native desktop behavior. The completed macOS evidence above now covers those claims on the final head. These are Maria's reported results; this thread has read the report and has not independently reproduced that web run.
Current compatibility check: the live PR reports head 3551f3988b8d441a79fc62cfadaa857c9858eebc and base ffaa1dba76d86c073533055e48d7f8f015c8a7b7. A fresh fetch also checked main at 15fe2832727893cbdd2214383f9f971474849695: the scheduled-task service, MCP implementation/tests, tool description, MCP contract and context-budget files have not changed since the reported PR base, and git merge-tree --write-tree HEAD origin/main succeeds without conflicts. Independent integration review found no new issue and confirmed the four non-budget patches exactly match the prior reviewed change.
vp run check:changed 7195b699547b538e49f758e314dde5c8c5d907cf exited 0 at this exact head: 65 tests across five files, all 35 affected-package typechecks, formatting, lint, both unused-code phases, generated GraphQL and agent-context budget passed. One typecheck was cached; 34 ran fresh.
New packaged desktop verification and CI are pending. The 8579505 recordings remain historical evidence, not proof of this build. Evidence
I read repository AGENTS.md, .macroscope/approvability.md, .macroscope/check-run-agents/test-signal.md, .macroscope/check-run-agents/effect-service-conventions.md, the testing guidance, the merged MCP implementation/tests/contracts, and the changed scheduled-task persistence implementation. Review stays on the PR's changed lines and integration, as those policies require.
Independent Python assertions compare normalized added/removed lines of the PR relative to its old and new main parents. The four non-budget files have exactly the same own patch:
All 74 main-changed files outside these four files and the generated budget have exact blob equality with the new main parent. The own diff remains five files. This confirms the merge preserves main's scheduled-task service, shared UI, native capture, and other changes without accidental reversions.
Main still ignores the task ID and conditionally discloses URLs in list/update output, so the fix remains necessary.
OrchestratorMcpService.ts:2011-2029 still intersects task ID with explicit or default project scope and passes false to the summary builder for every listed task. :2081 does the same for every update. The generic summary at :255 copies the schedule, so main's new once variant is preserved.
The creation path, live-caller/run-mode checks, workspace strategy, and current main's default-branch resolution remain intact. Main's new inherited-options handling is intact and does not overlap scheduling behavior.
Main's once schema/description and new Schedule a task tool title survive. No own model-facing description change occurred in this integration.
Main's ScheduledTaskService implementation is unchanged from main. Its save path still re-reads the task after save, preserves a concurrently rotated webhook token, and preserves next-run state when the schedule is unchanged. The MCP edit continues to supply all existing fields and only changes given values.
Test changes are exactly the prior reviewed patch. Coverage stays at the MCP service boundary and distinguishes caller access, project/ID filtering, eligible creation, and edit/rotation/conversion URL omission. No duplicate test layer, polling, timeout, retry, or diagnostic suppression was introduced by this merge.
The generated budget is 5153 / 6883 / 47073. Main records 47074; the unchanged own tool/schema patch remains one byte smaller. This is source consistency evidence, not an independent measured-budget test run.
Existing findings
R1-R3 remain resolved; no relevant own source changed. R5's scoped Git lookup/project workspace fixture remains intact from 8579505. R4 remains a real, preexisting creation-retry disclosure after Settings rotation, explicitly declined from this focused list/update change per Maria's assessment at #27716 (comment). It is neither fixed nor newly introduced here.
Unproven
The parent's exact-head check:changed result and CI are not established by this source review. New packaged desktop evidence is still required because main changed task saving and the scheduling UI/schema. Historical 8579505 recordings remain evidence for that build only. This report does not declare PR readiness.
Packaged macOS verification passed at exact head 3f3e5d6, base 7195b69, on physical shiv ARM64. The packaged Beta 0.1.6 app ran its bundled server with isPackaged=true and t3code://app/; source and embedded commit match this head. This refreshes the packaged evidence after main's one-time scheduling and task-save integration.
Six native MCP calls across four completed codex-personal/gpt-6-luna turns passed. Two disabled task creations returned URLs. The all-task list returned two tasks and the exact-ID list returned one, without webhookUrl keys. Settings rotation changed A's token; the later native title-only edit and following ID-only list omitted the URL. Rotation survived the edit, B stayed unchanged, and neither task executed. The old token returned 404 hook_not_found; the rotated token returned 409 hook_disabled.

Both wrec jobs completed, capture engine exit 0, zero dropped frames/audio. ffprobe and full ffmpeg decode exited 0 for both. Null muxer decode stderr contains nonmonotonic DTS warnings, 130 lines for creation and 166 for rotation. No other warning type appeared. Full stderr is exported. First frames were inspected and show only the synthetic project/thread. No opening privacy trim was needed. The sampled overviews omit some moments; the actual recordings contain complete expanded native results through closing braces, including the initial filter at rotation 0 seconds and final filter at rotation 309 seconds.

The live ~/.t3 and real Chromium profile were left untouched manually. Runner files and out/ remain for fun to copy and delete.

Actual persisted terminal run events for all four accepted turns
Not shown: managed Connect/tunnel delivery, scheduled or once execution, concurrent scheduling, signed release/updater and other clients/providers. Chromium used its real profile while backend T3 state was isolated. No tools/list payload was captured; final-description exposure follows the exact packaged build and bundled backend provenance. The preexisting creation-retry disclosure after rotation remains a separate follow-up per Maria's assessment.
Rotation confirmation is visible at 90 seconds in the second recording; exact edit inputs and complete result are visible at 205–235 seconds, followed by the complete ID-filtered result at 309 seconds.

This was a read-only audit of the exported shiv run r_7wngbfvb9phkg000. I did not run the application, change product code, repeat tests, or post to GitHub. CI, code review and the whole-PR ready check belong to the parent.
Provenance: clean full source head before build, after build and at cleanup; actual macOS ARM64 desktop artifact build exit 0; packaged Beta 0.1.6, isPackaged=true, embedded commit 3f3e5d6, frontend t3code://app/. Runtime main PID22318, renderer22356 and bundled backend22357 refer to the built package, with backend argv inside app.asar/apps/server/dist/bin.mjs. app.asar SHA256 4568400b5f138cca70275b6b40ffe6adc931aae3a5c384a29b8372e0966c8e03 was unchanged after testing. Behavior: two distinct creations used exactly title, prompt Synthetic audit. Do not execute., schedule type webhook, enabled false; both returned nonnull synthetic loopback webhookUrl. Unfiltered list returned both, ID-only list returned exactly requested A. Lists and title-only edit omit webhookUrl recursively in both native representations. Edit arguments contain exactly scheduledTaskId and title. A's token hash changed on Settings rotation and stayed unchanged through edit and final list; B's entire row stayed unchanged. Both remained disabled, zero executions and last status never. Actual handler results were old URL404 hook_not_found and rotated URL409 hook_disabled; their hashes match phase snapshots.
I personally inspected actual images from both MP4s, rather than relying on the runner's overview. Creation0 is an empty composer; creation118/130 show A's input/result through its URL and closing brace; creation162/182 show B's input/result and URL/closing brace. Creation220/222/225 show the two-task list including the transition between tasks, though these sampled unfiltered-list frames do not show its final outer braces. Creation280 shows the next ID-only prompt composed and creation320 shows it submitted; rotation0 shows that filtered result through complete closing braces without a URL. Rotation65 shows two paused tasks and A's edit menu. Rotation90 shows the actual Rotate this webhook URL? confirmation with Confirm button; matching CUA items173/175 press Rotate/Confirm and item174 independently captures the dialog. Rotation100 shows the edit sheet after confirmation, and rotation114/120 show Settings after cancel. Rotation185 shows title-only prompt submission; rotation235 shows exact two-key edit arguments and complete URL-free result; rotation309 shows the subsequent ID-only result through complete closing braces. The raw protocol exports provide complete results for every call, including the unfiltered list.
Both complete videos decoded independently with ffmpeg exit0. Decode stderr had130 creation and166 rotation lines, all the already-disclosed null-muxer nonmonotonic DTS warning; no other warning/error category occurred. Recording metadata reports native window9057, H2641100x780, video only,344.376667s/10097frames and309.443333s/9071frames, capture-engine exit0 and zero dropped frames. Publication privacy: I inspected the selected native-results.md, report.md, persisted-terminal-events.json, runtime-identity.json, build.log, http-check.json, cleanup-output.txt and39791-character evidence-comment-draft.md, plus sampled video frames. Native results are verbatim in the draft. No private keys, credential-prefix matches, bearer credentials, email addresses or unrelated conversation text appeared. The one Authorization reference is explanatory Authorization=[REDACTED], and raw native exports independently use that literal replacement. URLs with task tokens are synthetic127.0.0.1 test data. Runtime identity includes a draft GUID and the real Chromium profile path, both metadata only and disclosed. Do not publish migration.log verbatim: it additionally names the migrated real project t3code; that name is unnecessary, although it is the public repository name. The selected draft does not include that log line. This is a targeted publication review, not a guarantee about every unselected file.
Excluded preliminary turn: a fixture used environment={} instead of[], leading to default Codex selection. It is disclosed and excluded. App was stopped, isolated fixture fixed, preliminary disabled tasks removed, fresh accepted synthetic thread used. Accepted evidence supports six intended Luna calls/four completed turns; do not count the preliminary turn or call the fixture error a product bug.
Cleanup receipts confirm owned-process SIGTERM, all owned descendants gone, ports27718–27721 without listeners, clean detached worktree removed and literal task directory deleted on shiv. No device or server was started by this audit.
Limits: backend state isolated but real Chromium profile used; synthetic loopback origin only; no Connect/tunnel delivery; no scheduled or once execution; no signed release/updater; no other clients/providers/concurrency. PR #27716, head 3f3e5d6, checks and reviews parent-owned; evidence audit PASS for the stated packaged runtime acceptance.
Merged current main mechanically at head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66, base 6328c8472255e9b93bd362af63ae0d3c17e2d540. The sole conflict was the generated MCP context budget. Main adds preview_open port targeting; the four nonbudget patches in this PR are byte-identical to the packaged/tested 3f3e5d6 head. All six new preview/eval files match main verbatim. No scheduling behavior changed.
Exact-head changed-file verification exited 0: 65 tests in five files, 35 affected-package typechecks with 32 cache hits and three fresh runs, formatting, lint, both knip phases and generated GraphQL. The AgentContextBudget test is included by scripts/check-changed.ts:320 and the new-head GitHub Agent context budget check also passed. Generated counts are 5153/6883/47537, preserving the one-byte reduction from main. CI and bot review are still running; this is not a ready report.
The packaged macOS recordings and complete native protocol evidence remain observations of exact head 3f3e5d6, not a new-head package. The narrow preview-only merge leaves the scheduling implementation, contracts, Settings and runtime paths unchanged. A fresh integration reviewer confirmed that comparison. No new packaged desktop run was performed for this merge. Known R4 creation-retry disclosure remains separately declined, not fixed. Managed delivery, scheduled execution and other clients/providers remain unverified as previously listed.

Eligible creation retains summarizeScheduledTask at2008. No scheduled-task code, contracts, Settings, desktop shell, persistence, provider adapter or execution behavior changed from3f. Main's new preview_open target handling is preserved. The eval-runner change decodes all T3 inputs using their final tool schemas, so generated MCP budget and affected tests/typechecks should run on this merged head. Nothing in this merge adds a duplicate test, diagnostic suppression, product default or service-convention violation.
Finding ledger unchanged: R1-R3 resolved by prior fixes; R5 creation-test Git/project fixture resolved before3f and preserved. R4 remains the preexisting same-clientRequestId creation retry disclosure after rotation, declined as separate scope with Maria's agreement in issuecomment6536992293. It is not fixed or retested by this merge.
Evidence attribution: the live PR body inspected during review explicitly identifies its tests, reviews and packaged recordings as head3f/base7195. That is truthful historical evidence, but must not be presented as a packaged build of10a. Update the body with current-head checks and this integration comparison. The unchanged scheduling code means this narrow preview-only integration does not itself invalidate the prior scheduling runtime observations or require re-recording them to test changed scheduling behavior. Main moved by one commit, ce9e016, fixing interrupted scheduled-task execution reservations. Its only production hunks are inside ScheduledTaskService.runTask and dispatchPendingWebhooks. They replace reservation/ensuring sequences with acquireUseRelease brackets so interruption cannot leave activeRuns or pendingInFlight occupied. Its two changed tests exercise interruption and retry. It does not change list/upsert, persisted task representation, token creation or rotation, summary mapping, Settings, contracts, MCP inputs or tool descriptions.

No conflict or reverted main behavior exists in that tree.
The ID filter and list/update URL omission are applied in OrchestratorMcpService.listScheduledTasks/updateScheduledTask after service list/upsert calls. Disabled creation, real Settings token rotation, title-only edits and list results do not call the changed execution/dispatch methods. The recorded acceptance kept both tasks disabled with zero runs and tested only rejected webhook requests, so main's execution changes do not invalidate those observations. All four nonbudget own patches at head remain the same as the packaged 3f build according to the prior integration audit.
No additional test or desktop recording is required specifically by this new base delta for the PR's filtering/redaction claim. The 65 tests and CI remain results of exact head10a and the packaged recordings remain results of exact3f, never a newly merged ce9 build. If the branch is actually updated later, run the repo's mandatory check:changed on its resulting exact head before pushing. A future claim that the hypothetical merged package itself was exercised would require a new build/run; this review makes no such claim.
R1-R3 and R5 remain resolved. R4 creation retry with the same clientRequestId after rotation remains preexisting and separately declined with Maria's agreement, not fixed. CodeRabbit's new budget-unverified statement can be disputed with the successful exact-head Agent context budget check; its moderate risk statement additionally names the already disclosed R4 edge. This source review did not independently query CI or audit that check's output.
Limits: no tests or runtime executed on the hypothetical merged tree, no scheduled execution/concurrency proof, no other client/provider or Connect-delivery proof. This is compatibility evidence for a moving base, not a new packaged-runtime attestation.

Unverified: other provider adapters, managed delivery/Connect login, scheduled execution/concurrency and signed updates. Some initial creation inputs are clipped in the recording; the complete native inputs/results above cover them. Fresh web and Android evidence at current PR head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66, baseline main ce9e01640636c0884c4a7574a722bf1d773cfa07. Videos are embedded in the PR body. Web runs used each exact Linux package's served UI and bundled server on physical corex. Android used the POCO F4 T3 Code Dev client with head JS against those exact servers, reusing the web project's two tasks and submitting new native list/edit turns. Web and Android exports share native IDs on each side and must not be counted twice. All provider turns used codex-personal/gpt-6-luna.
Main returns both A/B with URLs even when only A is requested, and title-only edits disclose the rotated URL. Head returns only A, and list/edit results omit webhookUrl. Creation retains URLs. Settings rotation is visible on both clients and versions. Tasks remained disabled with zero runs. The final Android supplement inspects the existing title-only edit and filtered list through their complete closing braces.

Native text JSON, structured results, persisted dynamic-tool inputs/outputs and completed application events match for all 17 unique calls. All 13 provider/application turns completed. Both Android rotations changed A's token; each subsequent edit changed only title and updated_at and preserved the rotated token. B remained unchanged. Baseline web snapshots show the same invariant. Head web rotation is visible and its create-token hash differs from the later Android-before-rotation snapshot; separate immediate before/after DB snapshots of that web rotation were not captured. The web title-only result is corroborated by complete native JSON above; its full expanded result was not shown in the web video. The Android supplement supplies complete visible post-rotation edit and list results from the same head and project.
All original eight audited web/Android MP4s decode; the supplemental Android MP4 was normalized to constant 30fps to remove recorder timestamp duplication and decodes cleanly. Linux and web captures and Android mobile JS were at the two pinned commits; the matching native development client is cached, not a newly signed release. No direct tools/list transcript was captured, but the final schedule_task description is present verbatim in the packaged head app.asar. No other provider, Connect login/delivery, scheduling execution/concurrency or signed update was verified. Creation-retry disclosure after rotation remains the separately declined preexisting issue.
Supplemental Android current-head edit/list result inspection through the closing braces:
Fresh integration verification for PR head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66 against fetched main 4a5251b1c4b867ad2d89bf59d7a062ca8c40f2a6. Boat job j_5wdhg3cyafnbwp2nrevh tested clean composed tree 5872d9e7683625ca8e63256d8d772846eb59bfda on a large Linux worker. This was an unpushed temporary merge; the PR head and recordings remain unchanged.
Changed-file checks and all 71 scheduling-service tests passed. The changed-file run passed 66 tests and all 35 affected-package typechecks, for 137 tests total. The changed-file run covered the five PR files, MCP regression tests, agent context budget, formatting, lint, unused code, generated GraphQL and affected-package typechecks. Both commands exited 0; the overall job exited 0 at stage test-27716-pinned-integration, sandbox bx_a38qmkdy, attempt 1. Full command results follow. Earlier worker attempts timed out or included generated report files in formatting; those were not passes. The successful run excludes its output directory from source detection.
Source audits found no new scheduling regression in the newer main composition. Managed policy behavior was reviewed in source; denied-policy runtime behavior was not exercised. These checks complement the exact-head device recordings in the PR body.

Windows device gate remains blocked: the VM reached its desktop, but the previous run could not deliver working guest input. No Windows client workflow passed. A separate recovery run will try native guest controls. This screenshot records the external device state, not a passing Windows test.
Fresh macOS before/after evidence for current head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66, baseline main ce9e01640636c0884c4a7574a722bf1d773cfa07, physical shiv, run r_bdfvskllqxbrcw00. MP4s are embedded in the PR body. Both packaged ARM64 server builds exited 0. Real UI submissions used codex-personal/gpt-6-luna and synthetic disabled webhook tasks.
Both versions return URLs on creation. Main ignores the ID filter and exposes URLs from list/title-only edits. Head filters to A and omits webhookUrl from all list and title-only edit results after Settings rotation. Every native input/result independently matches persisted completed tool events. Token snapshots prove rotation survives leaving Settings and the edit; B is unchanged and neither task runs.
Actual packaged desktop apps ran their bundled server with isPackaged=true and t3code://app/. Backend homes were isolated. Electron userData remained the existing t3code-v2 profile despite the user-data-dir flag, so Chromium-profile isolation is not claimed.

head: complete native arguments/results, provenance, completion and rotation
All published video files match the exported SHA256 manifest. Native/structured/text/persisted equality, terminal completion, ready checkpoints and rotation snapshots were independently audited. Unverified: other providers, physical iPhone, managed delivery/Connect login, scheduled execution, signed releases/updates and live tools/list. The known preexisting creation-retry URL disclosure remains separate.
Visual limit: the macOS title-only edit results are complete in the native card, but filtered-list native result tails are clipped. Full native JSON above proves the payload; assistant-printed JSON is not native visual evidence. A focused Mac list-result recording supplement is queued.
Fresh iOS before/after evidence for current head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66, baseline main ce9e01640636c0884c4a7574a722bf1d773cfa07, physical shiv, run r_bdfvskllqxbrcw00. MP4s are embedded in the PR body. Both packaged ARM64 server builds exited 0. Real UI submissions used codex-personal/gpt-6-luna and synthetic disabled webhook tasks.
Both versions return URLs on creation. Main ignores the ID filter and exposes URLs from list/title-only edits. Head filters to A and omits webhookUrl from all list and title-only edit results after Settings rotation. Every native input/result independently matches persisted completed tool events. Token snapshots prove rotation survives leaving Settings and the edit; B is unchanged and neither task runs.
Native client was the Simlock iPhone 17 on shiv, matching cached T3 Code Dev fingerprint 887f84d7e8ee2e1063658bf884c9d17f60d6cbb3, with JS from exact head. Client source diff between pinned main/head is empty. This is a native remote-client test against each exact packaged server, not an iOS-hosted server. Two head recording downloads failed; complete worker-local recordings were recovered, converted from HEVC to H264, and fully decoded.

Fresh packaged macOS filtering recordings close the previously clipped native-result views at PR head 10a80ee43f81c6d2c1618c01e02234f240722c66, compared with main ce9e01640636c0884c4a7574a722bf1d773cfa07. Run r_brzi8p1q8exqya00 used physical shiv, macOS 27.0.1 ARM64, the same validated packaged apps and new isolated backend projects. Full captures replace the two earlier creation/filtering clips in the body. Existing rotation/title-only edit clips remain from the same packages in separate synthetic projects.
Each version made four actual native calls through real UI submissions using codex-personal/gpt-6-luna: two creations, an unfiltered list, and an exact-ID list. Main returns B and A with URLs despite requesting A; head returns only A and omits webhookUrl. Creation retains URLs. Both tasks stayed disabled with zero runs. Actual native input/results match persisted completed tool events, and native provider turns and application runs completed.
The new list views show native arguments and result fields through their final object/array/outer braces. Assistant-printed JSON does not supply this proof. Both full H264 recordings and their two short excerpts fully decoded with exit 0; null-muxer nonmonotonic DTS warnings are retained in the run logs. No rebuild was required: before/after app.asar rehashes match the previously built packages.
main: provenance, complete native calls/results and completion
Limitations: the new head sandbox records checkpoint refs as missing, while both provider turns and application runs completed. Git checkpoint capture is not claimed as successful by this supplement. Electron userData remained shared; backend state was isolated. Rotation/edit was not repeated here; the existing exact-package recordings and native proof cover it. Windows native-client verification remains blocked by ordinary UTM input routing, with a native-key recovery job queued. Other providers, Connect login/delivery and signed releases remain unverified. No ready report is claimed.

Backend state was isolated. Electron Chromium userData remained shared, including a generic preexisting sidebar draft title; that draft was not opened. The new head filter sandbox marks Git checkpoint refs as missing despite completed native provider turns and application runs. This supplement proves tool behavior and makes no successful checkpoint-capture claim. Complete native calls, package rehashes and completion evidence.

Windows native input has recovered: UTM's native Send Key controls launched the app and submitted four real MCP calls against main, reproducing the ignored filter and URL disclosure. That run used an older release client and stopped before the head comparison, Settings rotation and title-only edits. Current-source Windows before/after recordings remain incomplete; the all-platform ready check has not passed.
Exact-head changed-file checks, 65 tests and independent integration review. CI and bot checks passed on this head. Complete fresh Linux native results and package provenance and web/Android native results and persistence audit accompany the recordings.
Known limitation: creation retries after rotation can still disclose the rotated URL, a preexisting issue kept separate from this list/edit fix.
Unverified: other provider adapters, managed delivery/Connect login, scheduled or once execution, concurrent scheduling and signed releases/updates. Synthetic loopback public origins exercise the production URL builder without Connect login. Some initial Linux creation inputs are clipped; complete native JSON is in the evidence comment. MP4s show real submissions and tool results, rather than relying on the assistant's prose summaries. No direct tools/list transcript was captured.
