Adds the signed catalogue entry + metadata for io.pilot.tldr — the official tldr-pages client tlrc 1.13.1 fronting example-first man pages for ~7,350+ CLIs. Four adapter bundles on prod R2; publisher pinned to ed25519:PWQdFC8oGtlYsGhVtjMcR1CfOKKa0O3TtKtFD8vrD90=. catalogue.json re-signed.
