Routine dependency updates arrive throughout the week, and GitHub Actions references can become stale. Schedule every configured ecosystem for Monday at 06:00 Europe/London and monitor GitHub Actions alongside package dependencies. The timezone keeps the schedule at the same local time through GMT/BST changes.

Group all GitHub Actions version updates into one PR per repository per update run, including major, minor, and patch updates. Preserve the existing Composer/npm configuration, dependency ignore rules, and pull request limits. Security updates remain separate from the routine version update schedule.
