Translation of php/doc-en#6013 (2ad26fb791), php/doc-en#6022 (2a12c0448c) and php/doc-en#6025 (5fc5cc44b0): the
openssl_x509_parse()return value tables, the remaining PHP 8.5 changes for DOM, POSIX, Reflection, Sockets and SOAP, and the new sodium and SOAP entries of the 8.6 migration guide. EN-Revision updated.Fixed a few garbled sentences and stale markers in the same files along the way.
