Two sync issues are handled together because both touch
yar-client-protocol-exception.xmlandyar_server/handle.xml.Sync with EN commits 75d48299ef85693f10eee31af1be88488fb84c6f and 07275f5d03cf34c5a2218e0c103978f8024da153.
YAR_OPT_*options, the newYar_Client::getOpt()page, the reworked exception hierarchy (role="exception",<ooexception>,_typeproperty), the INI page with correct defaults, the concurrent client examples and msgpack support, plus markup modernization (<simpara>, union types, "See also").yar_server/handle.xmlgains the note and example for the__infomagic method (Yar 2.3.0) andyar-client-protocol-exception.xmlthe section on response transaction id validation (Yar 2.4.0).The French pages were far behind EN — several sections were empty or described the wrong method — so they were retranslated in full rather than patched.
versions.xmlis EN-only and stays out of scope.Fixes: #3360
