Revert JupyterLite deps=False workaround once spatialmath #250 is released (review by 2026-10-28) #137

Context

docs/notebooks/_mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py installs spatialmath-python and pgraph-python with deps=False and lists their real dependencies in the seed list (#133), because spatialmath-python <= 1.1.18 declares pre-commit as a runtime dependency, whose virtualenv needs packaging>=26.3, which conflicts with Pyodide's packaging 24.2.

Upstream fix: rai-opensource/spatialmath-python#250 (reopened 2026-10-14, closed in error earlier), plus #251 for two non-raw docstrings that give SyntaxWarning noise in the notebook output.

To do when #250 is in a PyPI release

• Revert the deps=False block and the extra seed packages in _mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py, then python docs/notebooks/sync_bootstrap.py to regenerate notebook cells.
• Confirm with docs/lite/wasm_check/check_pyodide_install.mjs and the browser check (docs/lite/browser_check/).
• RTB #742 and bdsim ci: bump dependabot/fetch-metadata v2 to v3 #112 should resolve themselves; re-test and close.
• Remove continue-on-error: true from the pre-deploy browser check in docs.yml if it has run green on main.
