Add ability to scale x and y.

Did this before I saw @MarioKlebsch had an open PR.

I took a bit of a different approach in how the user sets the scale. I think this way is a bit easier.

His does have localization unlike mine.

I have attached a video with usage.

@kevinmeziere Thanks for this. I ran the PR locally but was getting some crashes so I set it aside. Since then I’ve made some pretty significant changes to the app, including a pretty significant rewrite to support multiple rulers. That rewrite moves things around a lot, so I don’t intend to merge this or any other submitted PRs for now. (If you’re interested in testing out that rewrite, let me know.)

Once that feature lands (probably in version 2.1) then I’ll take a look at adding support for custom scaling. The idea you’ve shown here is interesting.
