Codex 0.153.4 rejects the prompt-submit reminder because the hook repeats
additionalContextoutside its permittedhookSpecificOutputobject. Emit the strict nested envelope, ignore unsupported event names without reflecting them, and publish synchronized skill/plugin metadata as 0.4.3.Validation: public typecheck, all 63 client/installer tests, card validation, and template/build checks pass. Regression coverage verifies the exact envelope, missing and malformed event names, and absence of hook-input reflection, network requests, and receipt writes.
