OpenCode can discover either its dedicated global skill or the shared agents directory. Lifecycle commands now follow the actual bundle's recorded ownership, pin, and update lock while retaining the invoking host's credential and receipts. Unrecorded copies cannot claim a different installation; origin and symlink checks still apply.
Release 0.4.1 updates the portable skill and matching plugin copies. Validation: 58 client/lifecycle tests, card validation, typechecking, template checks, and build passed. The tracked public tree was checked for private release identifiers.
