Description
Improve clarity on token management and file structuring in internal gateway writing plans. Enhance Python version handling in virtual environment setup and add counter-validation requirements to internal gateway review tests. Update Python project guidelines with new practices for logging, reporting, and dependency management. Refactor logging in anti-patterns and improve documentation for internal gateway reviews.
