Extends the flag-day stack (on top of #49). With [sp].emu_bin / [sp].faux_mgs unset, launch and the sp commands fetch the pinned buildomat builds (sp-emu 2755b40a, faux-mgs da0ac17b) into ~/.cache/voxel, verified against the published sha256. Overrides keep working; sp ready now performs the fetch as a true preflight. curl + digest + gzip only, no git on the target.
