   Resolved by a retry (run https://github.com/osac-project/github-config/actions/runs/31057964637) — the original failure was a transient GitHub GraphQL error, not a config problem. The plan it was applying (mirroring required_status_checks into classic branch protection, #171) applied cleanly on retry and is confirmed live: gh api repos/osac-project/osac/branches/main/protection --jq '.required_status_checks' now shows all three e2e contexts instead of null.
