🔍 상세

• NXRetryPolicy에 기본 멱등 method, POST·PATCH 명시 허용, 서버 지연 상한, local jitter 정책 추가
• NXRetryInterceptor에 method별 재시도 판단, 429·503의 Retry-After 초·HTTP-date 해석, 서버 지연 상한 적용 추가
• RFC 850 두 자리 연도, GMT 형식, 음수·부호·overflow 값의 fallback 처리 추가
• 내부 NXRetryExecutionDependencies를 통한 clock·sleeper·무작위 값 주입 경계 구성
• 취소 뒤 다음 attempt 차단과 requestStart·requestEnd·requestFailure·retry log 순서 회귀 테스트 추가
• README.md, README.ko.md, DocC에 기본 재시도 method, opt-in 조건, Retry-After, jitter 동작 안내 추가

검증

• swift build 성공
• swift test 성공 — 63개 테스트, 12개 suite
• 변경 Swift 파일 SwiftLint 0건
• git diff --check 성공
