fix: do not normalize diff into move and copy operations in GenericKubernetesResourceMatcher - #3676
GenericKubernetesResourceMatcher.match computes the diff with the default zjsonpatch flags. Those flags turn an add into a copy when the added value equals an unchanged value, and turn a matching remove and add pair into a move. The matcher only treats add as additive, which causes two problems:
A server-defaulted field with the same value as another field, such as a ServicetargetPort defaulted to its port, causes a false mismatch. Non-SSA dependent resources and the default UPDATE matcher then update the resource on every reconciliation.
A value removed outside the ignored paths and re-added with the same value under an ignored path appears as a move whose target is the ignored path, so the removal goes undetected.
This change passes DiffFlags.dontNormalizeOpIntoMoveAndCopy(), as matchStatus already does, so the matcher only sees add, remove, and replace operations.
Testing
Added matchesAdditiveChangesWithValueEqualToAnExistingValue and doesNotMatchRemovedValueAddedBackUnderIgnoredPath to GenericKubernetesResourceMatcherTest. Both fail without the fix and pass with it.
./mvnw -pl operator-framework-core -am test passes.

Walkthrough
GenericKubernetesResourceMatcher.match now preserves JSON patch additions and removals instead of normalizing them into move or copy operations. Tests cover a defaulted Service field and a removed Deployment value paired with an equal-valued addition under an ignored path.

match disables move and copy normalization when generating JSON patches. Tests check that a Service with a defaulted targetPort matches and that removing revisionHistoryLimit is detected when an equal-valued priority is added under an ignored path.

Explanation
Issue #3675 is the only direct linked issue, and it has coding requirements. (1) Defaulted additive values equal to an existing value must match. The fix passes DiffFlags.dontNormalizeOpIntoMoveAndCopy() to JsonDiff.asJson in GenericKubernetesResourceMatcher.match (line ~187). The Service targetPort case now yields an add op rather than a copy op. The matcher treats add as additive, so the case matches. The new test matchesAdditiveChangesWithValueEqualToAnExistingValue covers this case. (2) A value removed outside ignored paths and re-added under an ignored path must not match. Without normalization, the remove and add pair no longer becomes a move whose path is the ignored location. The remove op stays outside the ignored path and fails the match. The new test doesNotMatchRemovedValueAddedBackUnderIgnoredPath covers this case. The change matches the suggested solution in the issue and mirrors matchStatus. I did not execute the tests. The conclusion rests on reading the code and the zjsonpatch behavior described in the issue.

Explanation
The whole-PR diff against the merge base b0ef77f touches two files. GenericKubernetesResourceMatcher.java changes one JsonDiff.asJson call to pass DiffFlags.dontNormalizeOpIntoMoveAndCopy(). It adds a comment and reuses the DiffFlags import already present for matchStatus. GenericKubernetesResourceMatcherTest.java adds two tests for the behaviors in #3675. The ServiceBuilder and IntOrString types come from the existing wildcard import of io.fabric8.kubernetes.api.model. No unrelated changes appear in the diff. Every change supports the linked issue objectives.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 1 functions across 2 files.

…bernetesResourceMatcher
An added value equal to an unchanged value (for example a Service targetPort defaulted to its port) became a copy operation and caused a false mismatch. A removed value re-added under an ignored path became a move operation and was ignored. matchStatus already disables this normalization.
