Add optional OVN DB backup as Step 3 (ovsdb-client backup) before OADP PVC backup. OVN PVCs are not labeled for backup by default — users must label them manually before running the backup. The backup files are written to the PVCs and captured by OADP automatically. Add optional OVN DB restore as Step 8 after Galera restore. Replace DB on replica-0, delete stale raft files on replicas 1+, force delete all OVN pods, and restart OVN control plane pods. Add Step 12 (Verify and Sync Neutron to OVN). Always run log mode first to check for Neutron/OVN drift, then repair mode if inconsistencies are found or OVN DB backup was skipped. Commands updated to match the KCS article (Red Hat solution 7123194).
