Added an IMPORTANT admonition to
virt-about-application-consistent-backups.adocbecause the QEMU guest agent and VSS might not be fully responsive immediately after a Windows VM starts, which can cause the freeze or thaw hook to exceed its timeout and fail during a backup or snapshot taken too soon after boot.
