Cut 4.24.0, with translations and store notes - #748

The yearly pass in Lite is new in this release, so the version is a minor one. #740 added no changelog entry, so the cut adds one. Translations come for the 18 strings of the pass, the Pro gate and "Support the app". The Lite listing no longer says that the ads can be removed for free, because that option is gone. The diff adds 342 lines and changes nothing else.store-copy.py. The notes are the same for both apps, so they do not name the pass, asfastlane/metadata/README.mdasks. The longest is French, with 354 characters.fastlane/metadata-lite/android/*/ads.txtin the 15 store locales: "Ads support the development of this app. A yearly subscription removes them and turns on all features of OpenDocument Reader Pro."
