Adds SciLink by @ziatdinovmax to the Open GAP registry.

What SciLink does: LLM-powered scientific research automation platform with three orchestrator modes — multi-modal data analysis (microscopy, spectroscopy, hyperspectral), Bayesian experiment planning with RAG over literature, and DFT/classical-MD simulation. Domain experts extend it via pluggable skill bundles. Supports co-pilot, autopilot, and autonomous operation.
