Adds claude-memory-compiler by @coleam00 to the Open GAP registry.

What this agent does:
Turns Claude Code sessions into a self-organising personal knowledge base — hooks capture transcripts, the Claude Agent SDK extracts decisions and lessons, and a nightly compiler builds cross-referenced markdown articles. No RAG, no vector DB — just clean index-guided retrieval. Inspired by Karpathy's LLM Knowledge Base architecture.

Note: A companion PR adding agent.yaml + SOUL.md to the target repo has been opened at coleam00/claude-memory-compiler#20 and is pending maintainer review. The registry CI check against the default branch will pass once that PR is merged.
