ci: Declare appimage.yaml's rust_libobs call input once (unbreak release dispatch) - #676

appimage.yaml's workflow_call declares rust_libobs twice (merged from two PRs), so GitHub rejects every release dispatch.
#670 and d67c6da each added it; the merged file had it twice and GitHub refused to start release-rust.yaml ("'rust_libobs' is already defined"). Dispatching release-rust.yaml on master fails before any job starts:
(Line: 37, Col: 7): 'rust_libobs' is already defined. #670 and d67c6da each addedrust_libobsto appimage.yaml's workflow_call inputs, one at the bottom and one at the top. Git merged both without a conflict, and each PR passed on its own. Until this lands, the scheduled 09:00 UTC release can't run either.ci/test_workflow_duplicate_keys.pyscans every workflow and action YAML for a key repeated in the same mapping (stdlib, indentation-based; it has unit cases for detection and for list items). It flags exactly appimage.yaml line 37 and nothing else.ci/test_appimage_call_inputs.pystill passes.
