docs: expand the coordinator role (rebases, fixups, reviews, retrospective) - #1420

…hes fixups and reviews Adds what the first coordinator day showed was missing: rebase PRs ejected from the queue and stacked PRs at once, rebase only the commits that are not on master yet, push mechanical fixups, review contributor PRs, try to unstick a PR before handing it to the maintainer, and run a backlog retrospective.
