docs: publish full native success and warm cache measurements

Summary

Refs #1286. Consolidate the successful full warm run and measured remaining gaps.

• Full run 39082733551 succeeded on all seven native app builds, native Rust/Tier 2 lanes and nightly scans. Linux OFF/ON: 295 registered each, zero failures, three existing PulseAudio device skips each; CTest 302.01 / 308.84 s. ci: diagnose intermittent obs_startup=false in Tier 2 test setup #1355 is closed after local/PR/queue/master/full verification.
• Ubuntu ON: job 684 → 435 s; OFF fallback: 629 → 619 s, with no seed because mixed state reached 9,526 MiB over the 8,192 MiB cap. Comparisons are unmatched. ci: prevent mixed Ubuntu compiler snapshots from blocking cache seeds #1371 merged; its runtime effect remains to verify.
• All eight expanded soldr build lanes reported no embedded session; separate native compiler caches remain effective. ci: stop transporting unused embedded Rust compiler caches #1372 removes unused transport, pending runtime verification. Release configuration parity is not a performed release benchmark.
• Post-run inventory retained latest Tier 2 and Ubuntu ON seeds, but its 12.43 GB sum exceeds declared budget. Listing/usage observations disagree; no durable headroom or eviction-actor claim.
• Cook restore-miss/409 ambiguity is tracked in setup-soldr#581. Controlled recording-wait evidence remains separate from 20 passing unchanged local tests; frontend: RecordingShutdown polls every 10 ms on the UI thread while waiting for recording to stop #1283/ci: preserve cache failure evidence and compile through daemon outages #1362 remain unresolved.

The executive verdict separates successful unity/PCH validation, scoped libobs timings, proposed publication architecture and unfinished representative-day measurement. This full run predates #1371/#1372 and does not validate their runtime effects.

Validation

Documentation/evidence only: all changed JSON files parse, diff whitespace check passes, committed changes are confined to docs. No new workflow, source change, submodule update or artificial RED/GREEN test.
