Bumps the yaml3 dependency to v0.0.14, which adds Node end positions (EndLine/EndColumn) and the block-end span in the
__origin__sequence. oasdiff/yaml forwards the__origin__sequence verbatim, so the new trailing end entries reach consumers (kin-openapi Origin) without any code change here. Build and tests pass.
