Nothing's explicitly tracking this though can get a rough idea based off of the logs on the www server I think cc @ryanaslett. The worker's user agent should be release-cloudflare-worker if it's possible to filter out by that

Just looked and we do apparently, total of 5 requests in the past 24 hours (out of 1.1m total that the worker saw) https://dash.cloudflare.com/07be8d2fbc940503ca1be344714cb0d1/workers/services/view/dist-worker-prod/production/metrics

Looking even over the last 30 days, it is a mere 490 requests (940 if we include 4xx/5xx). I think we're fine to remove this 👍
