When I want to use some features proposed by this project, I want to be able to add one or more NuGet packages to use these features (It will be good if we will have one package by project).

We need to define a NuGet package by project a maybe a metapackage to include all but how to handle the native dependencies.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently the only avalable solution is to copy paste outputted dlls.
