Hide "Classify Tabs Below" for pinned tabs.
HandleShowTabContextMenu handles pinned tabs too, as the existing IsTabPinned checks show. A pinned tab is in pinnedTabs_, not unpinnedTabs_. In getClassificationTabs, the anchor match therefore never sets below. The result is an empty list, so the menu item always shows "No tabs to classify". docs/features.md also says this action applies only to ordinary tabs.
Add the item only when the tab is not pinned. Apply the same rule in IsCommandIdEnabled at Lines 3994-3995.
