docs(site): add SenseVoice native server deployment

• add the merged SenseVoice C++ OpenAI REST/SSE/WebSocket server to the bilingual deployment registry
• pin the verified merge, source build, GGUF download, health checks, resource limits, and smoke commands
• expose Linux/authentication/capacity boundaries and primary CI evidence without claiming a cross-platform binary release
• make the selector recommend this path for realtime CPU deployments prioritizing API compatibility

• red-first targeted contract: 5 expected failures before the registry entry
• focused registry/output/selector contract: 9/9 passed
• complete product-site Python suite: 72/72 passed
• build and validation: 27 product pages built, 102 pages validated

Evidence and rollback

SenseVoice #341 and both its PR and main-branch workflows are linked from the deployment page. The pre-change bundle, patch, post-commit bundle, and four visual snapshots are preserved under /cpfs_speech/user/zhifu.gzf/.cache/funasr-ops/backups/funasr-site-sensevoice-native-server-20260813/.
