Adapt search results from umich-arclight

To Do

• Add date range gem to improve that facet
• Figure out the blacklight icons situation < SEE search-results-two-style branch re: online-icon
• Try to get Formats facet to show (search-results-two-formats)
• Hide Access facet?

I'm going to commit "hide access facet" to this branch. Removing this snippet from catalog_controller.rb:
