Syncs the October 23, 2026 product changelog in Spanish (
es), French (fr), and Chinese (zh) with the finalized English entry.The
mint testremoval no longer leads the update: it moves under the CLI section as a###breaking-change subsection, and the note about ~620 MB smaller global installs is dropped. Extra bullets that were only in locales—Google Drive/Docs under Autopilot andtel:/sms:links under published sites—are removed so the three translations match English.Copy tweaks align with English for Autopilot (“proactive” framing), comment-thread
