Summary

The CLI now has a mint claim command that lets agents finish claiming a site created with mint deploy without manual credential handling.

Changes

  • reference/cli.md (Project setup): added mint deploy. It provisions an anonymous site, returns a repo URL and a short-lived write token, and accepts --subdomain, --org-name, --directory, --new, and --email. The entry also explains how to handle the token safely.
  • reference/cli.md: added mint claim. It covers the two-step flow (--email returns a link, then the user hands back a code for --code), the rule that --email and --code can't be combined, --directory, never reading keychain secrets, and retrying --code if signup fails.

Validation

  • git diff --check passed.
  • npm test, npm run check, and npm run build could not run because npm is blocked and the ajv dependency is not installed.

The existing sync workflow distributes the canonical skill after merge.

Docs pages that may need updates

  • The CLI command reference pages, if they don't yet cover mint deploy and mint claim.

Needs confirmation

  • Whether mint deploy/mint claim should be presented to all agents. Both commands appear in the public CLI help without a feature flag.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only change to agent skill reference; no runtime or auth logic is modified in this repo.

Overview
Updates the Mintlify agent skill CLI reference under Project setup so agents know about two new terminal flows.

mint deploy is documented as provisioning an anonymous site without login, returning a hosted Git repo URL and a short-lived write token, with flags (--subdomain, --org-name, --directory, --new, --email) and explicit guidance that the CLI does not upload files—agents clone, copy content, and push with the token only as a Bearer header.

mint claim is documented as the follow-up to own a deploy-created site: --email for a claim link, then --code after the user signs in, including constraints (no combining email/code), --directory, and operational rules (no keychain secrets, no invented emails, retry --code on signup failure).
