Normalize UI-action verb in the feedback pages so all interactions use "Select" instead of mixing "Click" and "Select".

Overview
Aligns the Add internal notes instruction with Mintlify’s UI-action verb (Select) used elsewhere on the same feedback docs (status changes, filter type).
In
optimize/feedback.mdxand thees,fr, andzhtranslations, the step to open a feedback item for an internal note now says Select instead of Click (or locale equivalents: Selecciona, Sélectionnez, 选择).
