This PR removes the
MiniExcel.OpenXml.FluentMappingproject reference from the mainMiniExcelproject, turning it into a completely optional plugin that consumers of the library have to explicitly add to their dependencies to use.The projects' versions have also been bumped to 2.0.0-preview.5 for the upcoming release.
