Remove duplicated line separators and trailing whitespace across Java codebase

Improves code consistency and reduces diff noise by consolidating excessive blank lines and removing trailing whitespace from source files.

Changes:

• Consolidates 3+ consecutive blank lines to single blank lines
• Strips trailing whitespace from all lines
• Removes trailing blank lines at end of files
• Ensures proper file endings with newlines

Example:

Before:

public class A {

    public void action() {
    }


    public void action2() {
    }

}

After:

public class A {

    public void action() {
    }

    public void action2() {
    }
}

Scope: Applied to 103 Java source files plus configuration files across the codebase.
