Three-finger swipe down no longer shows recent files after updating to macOS 27

• VS Code Version: 1.138.0 (Universal)
• OS Version: macOS 27

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the macOS three-finger swipe-down gesture while the VS Code window is active.
2. Before updating to macOS 27, this gesture displayed the recently opened files for VS Code, allowing quick switching between them.
3. After updating to macOS 27, the gesture no longer shows the recent files.

Expected Behavior

The three-finger swipe-down gesture should display the recent files/windows associated with VS Code, as it did on previous macOS versions.

Actual Behavior

After updating to macOS 27, performing the gesture in VS Code no longer displays the recent files.
