The Portal entrypoint now writes public OAuth client ID, authority, and comma-separated scopes into
/config.jswith byte-safe JavaScript escaping. A complete runtime set overrides baked-inVITE_AUTH_*values; when no runtime set is supplied, existing build and local-dev settings apply. Partial or empty runtime sets keep the existing not-configured gate. The gate message and Storybook description now explain both configuration paths.Validation: 19 Portal auth tests passed; portal TypeScript check passed. The POSIX entrypoint execution test is included for CI and skipped on this Windows host because
/bin/shis unavailable.
