Summary
Remove the unsupported profile-wizard UI from MFCMAPI.
Fixes #164.
Reproduction
A standalone native probe using installed Outlook Click-to-Run x64 16.0.20430.20182 reproduced MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT (0x80040102) with the production default flags and MSEMS service. MAPIInitialize succeeded, no wizard appeared, and the returned profile name was empty. This reproduces outside MFCMAPI UI; it does not establish the internal OLCFG cause. No profile creation or mailbox access was performed.
