Preflight TypeScript schemas before model requests

Summary

• Validate a TypeScript schema and its target export before the translator sends the first model request.
• Return schema configuration diagnostics locally while preserving normal response repair and existing behavior for validators without schema preflight.

Validation

• npm run build-all
• npm test (150 tests passed)
