Traz 167 commits do upstream main (pingdotgg/t3code@d6f29130) para o fork.

Resolucao dos 22 conflitos, preservando o comportamento fork-only:

  • Ticket Providers (mobile, servidor, contratos) mantidos; linha reinserida na nova arquitetura de Settings do upstream
  • Skill-mode pinning no composer (web + mobile) mantido sobre as melhorias do upstream (folder drop, multi-model)
  • Instalador e docs apontando para o fork (install.sh/install.ps1 do fork-main, t3 service update)
  • Migrations do fork com numeracao estavel (044/045); PullRequestFilesViewed do upstream registrado como 057
  • serverSettings: helpers genericos do fork (provider + ticket) portados para o padrao em duas fases do upstream (compute changes, apply/rollback), com o check CAS de revisao
  • ClaudeAdapter: claimClaudeAgentProcess do fork + reasoning_summary_text do upstream
  • build-desktop-artifact: spelling nova da API Effect (Config.String/Flag.Boolean) com o campo adhocSign do fork

Validacao: 85 testes passando (serverSettings, composerTrigger, migrations 051/052).

Review via Codex CLI (codex-cli 0.154.0, sandbox read-only), focado nos arquivos de maior risco do merge (serverSettings.ts, Migrations.ts, ChatComposer.tsx, ClaudeAdapter.ts, Stack.tsx): veredito PR aprovado, sem blockers. Comportamento fork-only preservado e uniao com o upstream valida.
