board_spec: complete storage metadata and validate PSRAM capabilities - #328

Conversation
Record absent PSRAM for Station, DinMeter, AirQ, StickC and CoreInk, including the documented flash capacities for Station and the ESP32-S3FN8 boards. Validate storage claims against chip capabilities even when a PSRAM device declaration is missing. Cover every resolved variant and reject positive capacity on chips without PSRAM support. Regenerate resolved snapshots and the standalone editor.

storage.psram_mb/psram_modeagainst the chip's PSRAM capabilities even when the board has no PSRAM device declaration (newE_PSRAM_UNSUPPORTED;E_PSRAM_MODEnow also applies without a device).
