feat(gradium): default the TTS voice to Everly - #7874

Replace the default catalog voice, Harper (4SZHfMpw-p46Ywgs), with Everly (vjFyp2BcCyTlUmYb), an en-us voice tuned for customer service and assistant replies. Only agents that pass neither `voice` nor `voice_id` are affected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The plugin's default TTS voice, used when neither
voicenorvoice_idis given, changes from Harper (4SZHfMpw-p46Ywgs) to Everly (vjFyp2BcCyTlUmYb), an en-us catalog voice tuned for customer service and assistant replies. Agents that pass a voice are unaffected.Testing
tests/test_plugin_gradium_tts_voice.py: the default-voice test now pins the id, so a later change to the default has to be deliberate.ruff,ruff format --checkandmypyclean on the plugin.api.gradium.ai:TTS()with no voice synthesizes with Everly; first audio after 190 ms, 3.8 s of audio for a one-sentence reply.Based on #7813 (1/2)
