Stacked on #7285. Adapts @longcw’s plugin work from #4043 (related to #3881) to
manual_flushfor Deepgram Nova/Flux, AssemblyAI, Soniox, Cartesia legacy mode, Speechmatics external mode without plugin VAD, and Sarvam manual modes. Flushes preserve the connection and send buffered audio first. Gladia remains disabled because its stop command ends recording.Validation uses fake provider connections; live provider validation is pending.
