Summary

• Set the package version to 0.3.2.
• Add release notes for PRs refactor: record inline code mappings during parsing #135 through refactor: record URL mappings during parsing #138.
• Keep the public API and source-map contract unchanged.

Validation

• npm publish --dry-run --access public passed.
• 1978 tests passed.
• Lint, build, type, and package checks passed.
• The tarball contains 8 files and has a 129.6 kB package size.

Release note

The current release workflow creates a GitHub Release only.
It does not publish the package to npm.
