Description

PR #3074 added the retro /fs-retro trigger as a map entry under roles:, but roles: only accepts plain strings, so the per-repo config fails to parse (yaml: cannot unmarshal !!map into string). This breaks every Fullsend agent run on main.

This PR fixes it by making the following changes:

  • roles: restored to a plain string list
  • retro registered in agents: with source: harness/retro.yaml
  • harness/retro.yaml carries the /fs-retro-only trigger, extending the upstream agents v0.51.0 retro harness with SHA-256 integrity

Walkthrough

The configuration registers retro as an agent and moves its /fs-retro trigger into a harness overlay. The overlay requires a newly added comment with that exact command from a human actor.

The parse error is fixed, but the /fs-retro restriction is unlikely to take effect. The retro agent may run on every closed pull request instead of only when a human comments /fs-retro. Add the trigger to the retro agent entry in the config before merging.

Explanation

No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files. (2 skipped: 2 unsupported.)

Full details: Performance And Algorithmic Complexity

Explanation

PASSED. The pull request changes only two static Fullsend YAML files. It restores roles to a string entry, registers the retro agent, and adds a bounded trigger overlay with a pinned remote base. The diff introduces no loops, API or database calls, list operations, parsing work in handlers, caches, watchers, buffers, or other algorithmic work covered by this check.

Full details: Security And Secret Handling

Explanation

PASSED. The PR changes only Fullsend YAML configuration. The new harness uses a pinned upstream URL with a SHA-256 integrity fragment and an exact /fs-retro plus human-actor trigger. No plaintext secret, token, API endpoint, user-controlled injection path, sensitive response/logging change, Kubernetes Secret, or RH Secret is introduced.

Put the trigger on the retro agent entry.

The GitHub workflow uses built-in routing for retro. It does not use the trigger from harness/retro.yaml. Without agents[].trigger, retro can still start when a pull request closes.
