Accept prompt_cache_key in Responses API requests - #3052
Allow prompt_cache_key in the OpenAI-compatible responses request model and propagate it through internal ResponsesApiParams so it reaches OGX requests. This prevents 422 validation failures for clients that send provider prompt-cache hints.
Goose version v1.56 is sending a the prompt_cache_key parameter in the request and lightspeed-stack now handles it.
$ curl -X POST "http://localhost:8080/v1/responses" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"prompt_cache_key": "test-key", "input": "hello there"}'
{"created_at":1793189679,"completed_at":1793189681,"error":null,"id":"resp_35896a97-39ad-4203-964b-6671c7f53358","model":"gpt-5.6-luna","object":"response","output":[{"content":[{"text":"Hello! And just to confirm, when passing an unsupported key:

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
API requests can now include an optional prompt cache key.
The supplied key is included in the parameters echoed back in responses. This provides a consistent way to see the key alongside the request’s other echoed parameters.

Walkthrough
The Responses request and shared parameter models add an optional prompt_cache_key. The field is included in echoed parameters and added to the response model and OpenAPI schema.
Changes
Prompt cache key support
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Define and echo the prompt cache key src/models/api/requests/responses_openai.py, src/models/common/responses/responses_api_params.py, tests/unit/models/requests/test_responses_request.py
The request and shared parameter models add an optional prompt_cache_key field. The shared parameter model adds it to _ECHOED_FIELDS. A test checks that request validation preserves the field.
Add the prompt cache key to responses src/models/api/responses/successful/responses_openai.py, docs/devel_doc/openapi.json
The response model and OpenAPI schema add and document an optional prompt_cache_key. The OpenAPI request example includes a sample value.
Prompt-cache keys are accepted and preserved across the supported Responses API paths.

Explanation
No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 4 files. (1 skipped: 1 unsupported.)
Full details: Performance And Algorithmic Complexity
Explanation
PASSED. The pull request adds scalar optional fields, schema metadata, and one echoed-field entry. Request conversion uses existing Pydantic model validation and serialization; it adds no nested loops, per-item API or database calls, unbounded state, or list endpoint behavior. The existing tool loop is unchanged.
Full details: Security And Secret Handling
Explanation
PASSED. The pull request only adds an optional string field and propagates it through existing Responses API models. The example value is non-secret (example-cache-key), and no token, password, command, SQL, or path operation was added. The existing /responses endpoint retains @authorize(Action.RESPONSES) and Depends(get_auth_dependency()). The response echo returns the client-provided cache key, not a server secret. No Kubernetes files changed, so OwnerReferences are not affected.
