It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
The pull request updates project dependencies, requirement pins and hashes, and Tekton pip prefetch lists. It also raises the minimum mcp version and moves AbstractModel to a type-checking-only import.

Explanation
The title names the Konflux pydantic-ai alignment to 2.38.0, which matches the main change. The lockfile and requirements diffs bring pydantic-ai to 2.38.0, and the code change adjusts AbstractModel handling. The title omits the AbstractModel import fix and the removal of litellm, but it still names the primary change. The ticket prefix LCORE-0000 is a placeholder and does not block the check.

PASSED. The PR changes dependency metadata, Tekton prefetch package lists, and a type-only import. utils.py adds no logging, response, endpoint, shell, SQL, or path-handling behavior. The Tekton changes contain package names only; they add no credentials or Kubernetes Secret resources. No changed lines introduce plaintext secrets, missing auth/authz, injection, sensitive-data exposure, or missing OwnerReferences.

## Description
A flaw was found in pydantic-ai. This vulnerability can lead to information disclosure, potentially exposing sensitive cloud credentials such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) tokens. In configurations where local network access is permitted for untrusted requests, a remote attacker can bypass the internal cloud metadata blocklist by appending an IPv6 zone identifier to the requested address. This allows the application to reach restricted internal cloud metadata services.
## Statement
A LOW impact information disclosure flaw was found in the pydantic-ai Python agent framework, which is shipped in Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI and Lightspeed Core products. When an application explicitly opts attacker-influenced URLs into local network access (a FileUrl with force_download='allow-local' or web_fetch_tool with allow_local_urls=True; both settings are disabled by default) and runs in an IPv6-enabled environment, a remote attacker can bypass the internal cloud-metadata blocklist by appending an IPv6 zone identifier to an IPv6 metadata address. Because IPv6Address equality and hashing include the zone identifier, the blocklist comparison fails, while the network stack ignores the zone identifier on a non-link-local destination and delivers the request to the cloud metadata service, potentially exposing cloud IAM credentials. Red Hat rates this flaw LOW severity (CVSS 3.7) rather than the upstream MODERATE rating (CVSS 6.8) because exploitation requires the non-default opt-in local-network settings and an IPv6-enabled environment, and the resulting information disclosure remains within the vulnerable application's own security context. The affected Red Hat products carry a DEFER resolution because updates are not filed for LOW severity flaws; the residual risk is limited to deployments that enable local network access for URLs influenced by untrusted input in IPv6-enabled environments.
## Mitigation
Local network access in pydantic-ai is opt-in and disabled by default. Do not enable force_download='allow-local' on FileUrl objects or allow_local_urls=True on web_fetch_tool for URLs that could be influenced by untrusted input; web_fetch_tool is configured only by the application itself, so a client cannot enable local network access on its own. If local network access must be allowed for such URLs, reject URL hosts containing '%' (an IPv6 zone identifier) before constructing the FileUrl or configuring the tool. Upgrading pydantic-ai to a version containing the upstream fix also resolves the issue.

The UI adapters apply this sanitization automatically to client-submitted messages via `UIAdapter.allowed_file_url_schemes` and `UIAdapter.allowed_file_url_force_download`. If you accept serialized `message_history` through a custom client API, use `sanitize_messages` before passing that history to the agent.
## Uploaded Files
Some model providers have their own file storage APIs where you can upload files and reference them by ID or URL.
Use `UploadedFile` to reference files that have been uploaded to a provider’s file storage API.
Tip
For providers that return a file URL (like Google Files API or S3 URLs for Bedrock), you can also use `DocumentUrl`, `ImageUrl`, or `VideoUrl` directly. However, we recommend using `UploadedFile` for a unified API across providers and consistent provider name validation.

pydantic-ai==2.38.0 and pydantic-ai-slim==2.38.0 are affected by CVE-2026-107289. Upgrade them to >=2.44.0 and regenerate the hashes. The vulnerability can expose cloud credentials only when attacker-controlled URLs use FileUrl(force_download='allow-local') or web_fetch_tool(allow_local_urls=True). Keep both settings disabled for untrusted URLs in every deployment.

Regenerate uv.lock for the updated dependency group.
uv.lock does not include anthropic in ogxlibdev and still records the removed litellm project dependency. The fallback Containerfile path runs uv sync --locked --no-dev --group ogxlibdev; --locked exits when the lockfile is stale. Regenerate and commit uv.lock. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @pyproject.toml around lines 221 - 222:
Regenerate and commit uv.lock to match the updated dependency group in
pyproject.toml: include anthropic in ogxlibdev and remove the obsolete litellm
project dependency so the locked sync succeeds.

- Line 52: Update the runtime dependency declarations to include boto3 and
botocore, rather than relying only on the Tekton binary.packages prefetch list.
Regenerate uv.lock and the .konflux requirement hash files from the updated
dependency configuration so both locked and hashed installation paths include
these packages.

The cited ammonia advisory does not support this finding.
The advisory lists ammonia>=4.1.2 as patched, so ammonia==4.1.2 is not affected by the cited issue. The Konflux diff also adds nh3==0.3.1; it does not downgrade an existing nh3==0.3.7 entry in that file.
Declare the Bedrock runtime dependencies and regenerate the generated files.
src/providers/inference/bedrock/provider.py imports boto3 and botocore at module load, and the Bedrock tests import that module during collection. The current pyproject.toml, uv.lock, and .konflux/requirements.hashes.*.txt files no longer provide these packages.
Restoring only boto3 and botocore in the two Tekton binary.packages lists is insufficient. The Containerfile installs the hashed requirement files with --no-deps, or installs from uv.lock; neither path installs packages that are only listed for prefetch.
Declare boto3 and botocore as supported runtime dependencies, then regenerate uv.lock and the .konflux requirement files.
