This PR extends the user attributes documentation to cover dashboard filters in addition to chart filters.
The existing section on using user attributes in filter values only mentioned charts, but the same
${lightdash.user.*}and${lightdash.attribute.*}references also work on dashboard-level filters. The documentation has been updated to reflect this, including a new explanation that a single dashboard can be shared across many users with each seeing only their relevant rows, and a screenshot demonstrating a dashboard filter configured with a user attribute value.
