Impl 0xde3A93028F2283cc28756B3674BD657eaFB992f4 via Blockscout (Etherscan serves it flattened). 28/28 sources exact match; runtime bytecode identical, trailing CBOR metadata allowlisted.
Clarify audit/commit provenance notes; no functional change.
