`libusb::usb-1.0` is incorrect until the next release

The README on GitHub appears to be the primary documentation; it says to link against libusb::usb-1.0, e.g. when using CMake

This works with master, but not with the latest release - i.e. the examples are incorrect and unusable, as they use v1.0.30-0, which does not yet have the packaging changes.

Filing this partially as a "should this be fixed?" but also as an FYI for others - use usb-1.0 instead of libusb::usb-1.0 if you get CMake error about libusb::usb-1.0 not existing.

The thing is - if you're using the v1.0.30-0 release - you probably should use its own documentation: https://github.com/libusb/libusb-cmake/blob/v1.0.30/README.md (yes, incomplete, but that's what was true at the moment).

main branch is the current latest development, and its readme shows current state of things.
